After more than 20 years of Facilities Management, Engineering, Design, Space Planning, Construction, Physical and Financial Responsibilities, our founder T. Michael Quinn, knew he had the qualifications and reputation to close the loop and in 1995 founded Interiors unlimited LLC, Now a successful full service furniture dealership and a subsidiary of Building Environmental Services Company, Inc. he founded in 1978

Before the inception of Interiors unlimited LLC, Mr. Quinn began to look at Modular Construction in a creative way. The concept of using "pre engineered and designed" products in unique applications interested him. Taking a closer look at modular construction he realized some of the hidden benefits; recycling existing products reduced the need to deplete raw materials, reducing debris going to landfills reduces waste disposal costs. Focusing on products that meet national/local building codes, certified by nationally recognized testing laboratories, reduces the need for building/ construction permits which cuts project lead-times and allows more flexibility with last minute fine tuning.
Environmentally friendly, "Fast-Tract" moves and changes; short-term depreciation and reduced construction costs drove Interiors unlimited LLC to create new applications for this unique concept. We have been successful in adapting this approach to many diversified environments; Production, Research and Development, Information Technologies, Health Care and Retail to mention a few.

Through Strategic Alliance we have assembled a team of people working together, allowing greater end user flexibility while permitting freedom of choice. Our associates bring together many years of experience. We offer professional services and our vocationally trained and skilled craftspeople are licensed, as required. Combining resources provide diversity and allow Interiors unlimited LLC to service a larger client base, tackle larger installations, and still provide our clients with "Customer Care" which is the foundation for success.

Our Clientele is as diverse as we are and with their confidence, we are able to drive the project from... "Concept to completion", focusing on the entire interior space providing: Planning, Design, Material and Installation using "Modular Construction" for commercial, industrial, institutional facilities as well as small office/home office.

Interiors unlimited LLC has designed a working showroom in Morristown, NJ. The goal of this showroom is to have an ideal location (2 blocks from NJ Transit - Morristown Line - Morristown Station.) where our clients can meet with us to pick colors/finishes using actual swatches. We maintain a library of catalogues which are helpful in the decision process.

Our working showroom has custom designed and built components. In our color/finish selection area we provide an overhead lighting to replicate our client's lighting system to more accurately choose colors/finishes, as they will be seen in their actual environments.
